Dark Phoenix’s VFX Supervisor Opens Up About the Astonishing Jean Grey That Could Have Been

Simon Kinberg’s Dark Phoenix will go down in history as one of the most perplexing of Fox’s X-Men films. It was a movie that didn’t seem to know what it wanted to be – or even who the X-Men are, frankly. I didn’t love the last trailer for Dark Phoenix. It seemed busy for the sake of being busy. Shocking for the sake of being shocking. And it assumed everyone watching already knew what Jean Grey was about to go through when given this sinister new power. For me, it just didn’t work. If Fox had released this trailer, though, I would have been singing its praises. So now I’ll do just that. Read More >>

Jean Grey Gets Some Familiar Threads in the New Dark Phoenix Poster

Honestly, bit of a weird flex for Fox to want to remind people of X3 in any way in the run up to this movie. Read More >>
